Job description
Praxis Health in La Grande, OR is looking for either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Here you will be an integral part of caring for the community. This position offers a highly sought after shift based schedule of 7 on, 7 off. Allowing for maximum rest time between work shifts. New grads are encouraged to apply!
- 14 shifts per month (7 on / 7 off)
- 10 hour shifts M-F, 8 hour shifts on weekends
- 100% outpatient
- Provider autonomy
