Job Responsibilities

Create. Serve. Engage. Make every visit memorable.

As a Bartender at Red Robin, you will craft and serve beverages, maintain a clean and organized bar, and provide top-notch guest service.

In this role, you will :

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and quality standards
• Engage guests with friendly and attentive service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor guest consumption and follow all laws regarding age and alcohol service
• Assist with inventory control and restocking supplies
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service

As a Bartender, you will receive :

Pay Range : $13.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
