Job / Practice Description :

Allergy / Immunology Physician

Location : Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)

24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ER admissions and medical management

Office call only, advanced practice providers take first call

Flexibility to design own practice style

Welcome residents, fellows and experienced physicians

Established practice with referral network in place.

Two other Allergy / Immunology Physicians on staff

Allergy screening and vaccinations. Testing for suspected allergies, and we focus on allergy treatment for all aspects of the immune system.

Asthma, Rhinitis, Sinusitis, Food allergies, Allergic skin conditions

Profile Background :

Board Certified / Board Eligible Allergy / Immunology Physician

Ability to hold an Ohio State License
