Position Description : Set-up and operate various types of deburring and marking equipment under the direction of the area supervisor and / or leader, if applicable.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate various types of deburring equipment, pneumatic tools, Pencil Grinders and Dremel style tools in the area with a minimum of supervision
• Produces at standard and quality levels in accordance with company’s requirements
• Must be able to deburr and mark any part in the area with guidance from higher level deburr operators or area supervisor
• Works to blueprints or sketch requirements to customer specifications, when available
• Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, etc according to company’s policy
• Maintains area, workbenches, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition
• Observe all Company policies rule, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security
• Polish parts when they return from vendor to meet surface finish requirements.
