The Director of Philanthropy will lead the organization’s major giving program, expanding individual and major gifts while serving as a visible and trusted partner to executive leadership, the development team, and the local community. The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-starting fundraising professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, values flexibility, and is deeply committed to engaging and connecting with donors in Harford and Cecil Counties .
