Oregon Licensed RN Intake Specialist

A company is looking for an RN Intake and Referral Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Accept and coordinate service referrals for home health services, ensuring all necessary information is gathered

Educate patients and families about home health services and assist in determining their needs

Market home health services to potential referrals and establish relationships with healthcare providers and facilities

Required Qualifications

Current RN licensure with the Oregon State Board of Nursing

Minimum of 3 years experience as a staff nurse; at least 1 year in home health care or public health nursing

Knowledge of home health care, community resources, and the insurance authorization system

Proficient in Microsoft programs and electronic medical record platforms

Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
