Two Premier Locations : Provide anesthesia services at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center and MercyOne Cedar Falls Medical Center, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Top-Notch Compensation : Enjoy a guaranteed salary of $600K. Incredible Bonus : Receive a $150K in bonuses. Relocation Support : We offer a $15K relocation allowance to make your move smooth and stress-free. Comprehensive Insurance : Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance with shared premium to keep you and your family protected. Financial Security : Employer-paid malpractice and tail coverage, plus two retirement plans (403(b) with employer match and 457(b) Savings Plan). CME and Professional Development : $5,000 annually for CME / Dues / Licensure to keep you at the top of your field.
