Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience within the past 4 years.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Additional Details :

Previous Employment Requirements : Must note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.

Preferred Skills / Experience : Orthopedic experience is a bonus.

Required Credentials : Resume : Each employment history entry must include all the following : detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Caring for patients in Orthopedic unit / Joint Replacement Center.

We are a Advanced Certified Total Joint Replacement Center in which we have specific quality metrics and standards for our patients. We also do care for many trauma patients, and general medical surgical patients.

Special Requests :

Shift & Scheduling : Every other weekend.

Every other holiday

Floating Requirements : Med-surg

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required for submission
