Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of Customer Service Leads and Representatives
Drive productivity and manage team performance through coaching and feedback
Complete project work and ensure adherence to schedules and guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of customer service experience, preferably in eCommerce or retail
1+ years of leadership experience in a customer service setting
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and ability to multitask
Excellent computer / software skills (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
