Description : Type : Full Time

Hours / Week : 40 hours

Scheduled Hours : 4 : 00 am – 2 : 30 pm, Monday through Thursday

Breaks : 30-minute unpaid meal break and one 15-minute paid break every four hours

Hourly Wage : Pay rate depends on level of experience (determined during interview).

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Job Purpose

The Production Tech completes vehicle assembly work via company specifications. To start and complete build of new vehicle and finish in a timely fashion. Specialty tools will be on-site to complete the work as needed. Employees will provide their own tools. Assist in other departments may be needed occasionally per management discretion.

Requirements :

Essential Job Functions

• Follow the direction of supervisors and lead technicians for the fabrication of vehicles to meet build requirement deadlines.
• Tire and Alignment installation.
• Review, organize and complete daily vehicle work assigned.
• Responsible for assembling and testing installed vehicle parts.
• Ensure products are working as intended and are free of defects or other issues.
• Perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
• Maintain documentation of all vehicles and installed parts via tablets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work station / environment.
• Required to have a great attention to detail and have manual agility in both arms and hands.
• Follow all company, OSHA and EPA standards including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and proper waste disposal in required areas.
• Follow all job-related safety and health procedures.
• Report any safety concerns to management.
• Retain confidential information on vehicles not released to the public.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
