We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible forunderstanding user needs, conducting user research, and designing user-friendly interfaces for ourproducts. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure aseamless user experience.

Responsibilities Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive for all users.

Advocate for the user and ensure their needs are met throughout the design process.

Requirements Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Experience with user research methods and usability testing.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Experience in designing for mobile and web applications.
