Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative
A client of ours located in
Tualatinis looking for a
Customer Service Representative who can provide quality care and support to their vendors, property managers, and insurance agents.
Permanent hire potential post-contract. Responsibilities: - Responsible for collecting information and running background checks, COI tracking, W-9 verification, and TIN Checks.
- Answer phone calls through the contact center, assisting caller with their profile, subscription status, and any requirements they need to have in place.
- Make outbound calls to customers who left voicemails.
- Follow up with customers about their expired subscriptions.
- Follow up with customers about their enrollment verifications via phone and email.
- Answer customer emails by solving their problems and responding helpfully and courteously.
- Respond to customer chats, answer their questions, and help them solve problems.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience working in Customer Service or a Call Center
- Bilingual preferred – Fluent in English/Spanish
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic level of experience with email and chat technologies
- Solutions-oriented with strong and creative critical thinking skills
- Able to troubleshoot, problem solve, make logical decisions, and set priorities
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, providing and receiving feedback, setting expectations, etc.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Pay: $19 to $21/hour, depending on experience
