The Production Supervisor at Cytiva is responsible for overseeing areas of production by :

• Driving improvements in line with defined KPI targets across Safety Quality Delivery Inventory & Productivity / Cost.
• Ensure optimal staffing levels through managing and coordinating work schedules and strategically driving employee training.
• Focusing on high product quality by adhering to internal procedures maintaining full product traceability and ensuring compliance with the quality management system.

This position reports to the Sr. Value Stream Manager for the departments and is located in Pensacola FL as an on-site role. The expected working hours are the Pitman schedule. For this role the hours are approximately 5 : 45 PM to 6 : 15AM. Workdays will alternate on a weekly basis and includes weekends.
