As a Quality Control Technician, you'll play a key role in our production process by inspecting parts, verifying accuracy, and ensuring everything meets our strict quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help keep our builds on track and our reputation strong.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough inspections of parts, identifying defects such as bubbles, cuts, and mold marks.
• Evaluate parts for necessary repairs and improvements, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
• Document inspection results and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Verify that each boat conforms to build specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend quality enhancements.
• Perform testing and measurement of parts throughout the production process.
