Scope of Work :

M-F, 9a-5p, not closed for lunch No weekends, no call Patient census per provider 20-22 ppd Mix of Clinic and telephone appts. Requirements :

GA license and Federal DEA

Must be Board certified, actively licensed in GA with Federal DEA

EMR / EHR system : EPIC

Travel / Housing Notes :

Will reimburse mileage
