About the Role :

We are currently hiring for Tampa, FL Metro Region in Florida. Join our Home Healthcare team in the Tampa Metro Region, offering Flexible Scheduling and a Competitive Salary.

Romet Healthcare Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist in Tampa FL Metro Region, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing patient mobility and quality of life. We are looking for passionate professionals eager to make a difference in the community through personalized care and innovative treatment plans.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess patient needs, strengths, and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily living skills, independence, and quality of life.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance functional abilities in the home environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and strategies to support recovery and independence.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.
  • Stay current with emerging practices and innovations in occupational therapy through ongoing professional development.

    • Requirements :

  • Active Florida Occupational Therapist License (Required)
  • Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
  • Flexibility to work PRN hours as needed.
