Job descriptionLouisiana Dental License (current or open to get). All experience levels welcome - new grads encouraged to apply. Personable, motivated and eager to build a loyal patient base. Comfortable treating a wide range of patients, including walk-ins. 30% adjusted production (96-98% collection rate), high earners $400k+ Flexible daily guarantee for first 3 months + labs 100% covered. Ultimate partnership buy-in available for long-term providers. CME 15 hours per year, dental care for employee's family. - High-volume general dentistry with access to cosmetic, restorative & ortho cases.
- Work-Life balance : Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm, Fri 8am-3pm; no weekends!
- 300 new patients monthly; autonomy over treatment plans & labs.
- Work alongside full dental team and rotating specialists (perio, ortho)
- Practice in a supportive, family-oriented group with 40+ years of success.
