Michigan Licensed Care Management Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Care Management (RN).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the care management team and oversee care management documentation to ensure compliance with regulations

Develop and implement policies and procedures for the care management team and manage escalations and complex cases

Monitor care management audits and provide feedback to improve member and provider experiences

Required Qualifications

Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree

5+ years of related experience in care management

RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and / or Compact State Licensure required

Leadership experience within the field of case management

Experience with regulatory compliance and care management programs
