Job descriptionIntubations Vent Management Central Lines Chest Tubes Paracentesis Thoracentesis Dislocation Reduction ED Bedside Ultrasound Lumbar Puncture Adult & Pediatric Resuscitation Procedural Sedation Total Beds : 11 (Acute, Swing, and SNF) ER Volume : 110 visits / month Inpatient Volume : 4 patients at a time Average Length of Stay : 2.5 days Subspecialty Support Includes : Anesthesia General Surgery Cardiology Orthopedics Podiatry Oncology Wound Care Physical, Occupational & Cardiac Therapy Chemotherapy One-bedroom, fully equipped apartment available on campus
We re currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner with an active Colorado license for an exciting opportunity in our ER / Inpatient Hybrid Program at Melissa Memorial Hospital in Holyoke, CO. This is an excellent fit for providers who enjoy autonomy and rural medicine in a collaborative environment.
Position Overview

- Location : Holyoke, CO (135 miles from Denver International Airport)
- Coverage Dates : August
- Start Date : As soon as credentialed
- Position Type : ER / Inpatient Hybrid
- Schedule : 24-hour solo coverage
- Typically, hours of active clinical work, with the remainder on call
- Private on-site lodging provided (studio apartment on hospital grounds)
