DESCRIPTION :

nalyst position will support the Developer Relations and Operations Management team with reporting and tracking needs with developer hardware. Shipping and setup of various accounts, hardware, and agreements in SAP along with other operational tasks related to the Studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Salesforce Setup-

• Working with partners through the onboarding cycle to complete their account set up (Salesforce, training provided)
• Ensuring the correct agreements and documentation are in place prior to seeding the studios with pre-release hardware
• Setting up Devkits in cooperation with customer service
• Ensuring appropriate shipping and finance approvals from Operations, Finance and Snapdragon Studio team
• Coordinating with Shipping and Inventory management teams to ship out hardware
• Confirming in system that partners have access to software distribution sites (Createpoint, LIME, PCAT)
• Closing loop with Studios to ensure receiving.
