What you'll do as a Service Advisor : + Greet all customers promptly and professionally + Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving concerns, and sell additional services when appropriate + Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner + Answer customer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry + Review all completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customer + Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and any other essential software programs to look up customer's service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage information + Provide excellent service and review the customer satisfaction survey to each customer At first glance, there's nothing remarkable at Ken Garff.
