Production Coordinator
As a production coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating various administrative and logistical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include handling purchase orders, payroll entries, scheduling, and liaising with different departments to facilitate efficient workflow.
Responsibilities :
- Issue purchase orders to field staff, log them on the PO spreadsheet, and enter them into Vista.
- Record daily schedules and assist supervisors in schedule creation when necessary.
- Sort and verify payable invoices for the PLBG & HVAC Departments and process them in Vista after approval.
- Enter start-up information from completed HVAC jobs into spreadsheets and forward to the service department for warranty purposes.
- Serve as a liaison to the construction field staff for HVAC, PLBG, and S / R departments.
- Schedule inspections for the HVAC department.
- Learn the WSSC Cross Connection process, purchase backflow test reports, and upload data to the WSSC website.
- Coordinate with the Service Department on warranty-related service calls, maintaining a log of Construction Service / Warranty issues.
- Participate in the company Safety Program.
- Track and maintain rental equipment logistics, coordinating drop-off and pick-up as directed.
Essential Skills :
Proficiency in Excel and working within company spreadsheets.Ability to learn and work within Vista Construction Software Program.Strong administrative, scheduling, and purchase order skills.Excellent people skills for effective interaction with supervisors, field personnel, and vendors.Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Experience in SAP, inventory management, and supply chain processes is beneficial.Work Environment :
The position is based on-site and requires working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $26.44 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
