DIRECTV is seeking an Ad Sales, Head of Programmatic Sales to lead the strategy and execution of our programmatic business across Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), Private Marketplace (PMP), Local, and Open Exchange. This executive will represent DIRECTV Advertising's programmatic portfolio, which includes CTV video and emerging native ad formats such as pause ads and digital out of home (DOOH), to agencies, trading desks, DSPs, resellers and brands.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving direct and indirect Programmatic revenue, managing the Programmatic Account Management team, and building the relationships and strategies that accelerate adoption and growth. The role carries ownership of revenue goals, innovation commercialization (Pause Ads, DIRECTV Remote), and the development of joint business plans with major demand sources.

What you'll need to be successful :
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree nice to have.
15+ years in digital advertising, with at least 10 years of leadership in programmatic sales, demand partnerships, or account management.
Deep expertise in programmatic ecosystem dynamics : SSPs, DSPs, auction mechanics, SPO, and emerging trends.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets, with experience managing large-scale partnerships.
Executive-level presence with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Excel and BI / reporting tools.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, influencing across functions and levels.
This role requires but is not limited to 15% travel.
This is a New York City, NY, based position that works both in-office (2 days / week) and remotely.

DIRECTV WAGE ZONE
N4 : $226,780 - $340,170
Please note that the salary ranges reflect base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits - when you consider all of these together, it represents a pretty impressive total compensation package.
