Leidos’ Defense Systems Electronics Manufacturing is seeking a 2nd Shift Surface Mount Assembly Technician to join our team that runs SMT equipment that produce a variety of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA’s).

Primary Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of SMT machines such as : Stencil Printer, Solder Paste Inspection, Pick & Place machine, Reflow Oven, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), X-ray and hand soldering
• Understanding of different electronics packages such as 0402, 0603, BGA’s and how they are processed on a SMT line
• Experience working under a microscope
• Hand soldering SMT and Through-hole parts
• Works to achieve day-to-day objectives and have significant impact on the work output.
• Works independently under limited supervision
• Work in team environment and interacting with different functions, project teams and productions teams

Pay Range : Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00
