Woda Construction, Inc. will soon be rehabilitating the existing building located at 4 Smithfield St. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The project is known as Smithfield Lofts, a 46-unit apartment complex to include office space. Woda Construction, Inc. is seeking qualified Section 3 individuals and business concerns to fill various new hire positions and perform sub-contracting work for various trades. On the job training will be provided to the right candidate, if necessary. Certified WBE / MBE / VBE owned businesses / trades are also encouraged to inquire. Opportunities may include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general labor depending on experience and project needs.
