The Senior Compensation Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving the design, implementation, and governance of global compensation programs that align with the organization's business objectives and talent strategy. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in compensation strategy, financial modeling, and data analytics, who can influence senior leadership and guide decision-making across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative approach to solving complex compensation challenges. This role will lead high-impact initiatives, manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and ensure our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our values and goals.
