The Inside Sales Representative will have direct account responsibility for small to mid-size customers, supporting and growing these relationships while identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal partners across customer service, R&D, procurement, and manufacturing to deliver exceptional service and results.

• Engage daily with small to mid-size customers to support and grow existing relationships.
• Provide administrative and commercial support to the sales team, including quote requests and coordination with regulatory teams.
• Collaborate with customer service to communicate order updates, delays, or supply issues.
• Develop key cross-functional relationships across R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance.
• Promote Vibrant Ingredients products through phone, email, and digital marketing outreach.
• Defend and grow current business while managing a quality pipeline of new opportunities.
• Leverage internal expertise to provide technical support and insights to customers.
• Partner with commercial finance and supply chain teams to ensure forecasts align with business expectations.
