Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team for a six-month engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and a passion for delivering scalable solutions. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Experience in managing requisition and offer processes by configuring templates, approval workflows, and offer letters / contracts
• Proficiency in configuring candidate selection processes and ensuring accurate tracking of applicants
• Understanding of ORC data flow to Core HR and third-party systems and troubleshooting capabilities
