A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Champion continuous improvement and transformation across finance functions, focusing on process optimization and scalability
Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, providing insights for executive leadership and the Board
Develop a high-performing finance organization and recommend capital strategies to enhance cash flow and balance sheet efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in Treasury, FP&A, Financial Shared Services, and / or Tax
Experience in a publicly traded company, preferably in a complex, multi-site environment
Strong leadership skills with experience in capital markets, cash flow management, and financial operations
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
