Description :

Pharmacist Inpatient Setting - ASAP and for 13 weeks

5x8's Rotating schedule, weekdays, some weekends (every 3rd weekend)

Shifts could look like the following : Day shifts : 0630 – 1500, 0730 – 1600, 1000 – 1830, Evening shifts : 1430 – 2300

Majority of shifts will be day and / or evening, with a weekend rotation and occasional overnight shifts if needed (1900 – 0700)

MUST HAVE VA LICENSE IN HAND AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTAL - FIRM

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD, RPh required

SKILLS / EXP REQUIRED : IV experience, pain controlled analgesia, antibiotics, drug interactions, order entry, verify medication orders - required; Chemo experience, anticoagulants, Pharmacokinetic Dosing, Renal Dosing - preferred

1 year inpatient pharmacy experience required; travel experience preferred

Scrubs not provided; Professional dress or hunter green scrubs

EPIC charting experience required (FIRM)

PAY FOR 40 HOURS
