Crucial Link is seeking an experienced candidate for a DIRECT HIRE position as the Lead Industrial Maintenance Mechanic at a leader in the thin gauge inline thermoforming industry, located in Cleveland 44135 on Industrial Parkway. The ideal candidate will be someone seeking long-term stable employment with an established company for the foreseeable future.

The employer is a small business, with a small business feel (everyone will know your name), while also being recognized for their expertise in the thermoforming industry. The ideal candidate will want to take on the leadership role within the maintenance department and the responsibilities that go along with it. The company is seeking someone to fill this role for the next several years, if not decades; it would not be the right fit for someone who only wants to stay for a few years and then move on.

The company will commit a great deal of support and trust to the right individual as the LEADER of the Maintenance Department, and in return, the company is expecting that person to commit to a long-term tenure with the company.
