Job descriptionHealth insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Simple IRA retirement Life Insurance Supplemental Benefits (AFLAC) Sign on bonus Referral bonus 6 paid holidays Paid time off Clothing & boot allowance Company gatherings outside of work hours (Most recent : Riverboat & Bobcats game) Company gatherings inside of work hours Gatorade / Powerade provided for those HOT summer days Random snacks / goodies 7 : 30AM to 5 : 00PM Monday through Thursday 7 : 30AM to 3 : 00PM Friday Overtime After hours On call rotation Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring on HVAC equipment Carry out preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment Provide preventative care and repairs for HVAC systems Repair and maintain HVAC systems and their components, as well as troubleshoot electrical systems and write schematics for their work locations Must be proactive in ensuring that preventative maintenance of all equipment is done promptly to help prevent future problems with equipment Must also look for inefficiencies in systems to find the source of any current or possible malfunctions Dismantle equipment as necessary when needed to troubleshoot the system or ensure that the equipment is properly maintained. Responsible for documenting the work they complete Assist with the install of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling or climbing ladders Work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year Tools provided Four years of related experience preferred Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds of equipment at any given time Valid Driver's License Must be able to effectively communicate with the general public Must have the ability to work directly with customers, other technicians and managers Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills NATE / EPA certified preferred EPA Universal Refrigeration License preferred Need to have relevant education and / or experience related to the systems with which they work Must be familiar with all tools used to maintain and repair equipment

Pay :
$27 - $38 per hour - depends on experience
