Internal Medicine physician job in Washington :

Swedish Medical Group is seeking an accomplished Regional Medical Director to oversee six productive Primary Care clinics located in the Seattle region. The responsibilities of this role include provider management, clinical rounding, recruitment, onboarding, provider engagement, quality metrics among other duties. Previous experience as a clinic or group medical director managing other providers is highly preferred. • 0.7 FTE administrative duties, 0.3 FTE clinical
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
• At least 5 years of primary care experience required
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in Family or Internal Medicine required
• Population health, value-based care experience a plus
• Compensation is between $300,000 and $333,000 per year
• Comprehensive benefit package
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality / service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
