Pay : $39.00–$42.00 / hour (DOE)
Schedule : Monday–Friday | 2 : 30PM – 11 : 00PM

Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a new, state-of-the-art baking facility in Oak Creek, WI . This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of high-speed production and packaging equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical, electrical, and automation experience, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
- Maintain conveyor systems, motors, gearboxes, VFDs, refrigeration systems, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Utilize CMMS to log work orders, track maintenance schedules, and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCFA) to identify and correct recurring issues.
- Support equipment setup, changeovers, and new equipment commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, SQF, and company safety and quality standards.
- Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and train maintenance team members as needed.
Qualifications :
2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production or high-speed packaging preferred).Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.Experience with PLC diagnostics (Allen Bradley or Siemens) and variable frequency drives (VFDs).Knowledge of TPM, RCM, and RCFA methodologies.High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.Working Conditions :
