Insulator Supervisor
You will serve as a first line Insulator Supervisor charged with exercising supervision over subordinate workers in accomplishing insulator and / or mixed trade work.
You will be responsible for the quantity and quality of the work performed by subordinates, requiring the application of thorough expert knowledge of the methods, techniques, procedures, tools, materials, and practices of the insulator trade.
You will evaluate the skills of team members and must know when to seek guidance and advice from the trade experts or trade supervisor contacts for the assigned project.
You will be responsible for carrying out EEO policies and communicating support of these policies to subordinates.
You will plan the use of workers, equipment, facilities, materials and tools provided through the (AIM) process for assigned units of work and establish deadlines, priorities, and work sequences.
You will utilize information from blueprints, sketches, nuclear engineering work documents and job orders to execute work operations.
You will execute work assigned in accordance with the production schedule established by the Zone Manager.
Must be a US Citizen.

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and / or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
