Pay : $24.00 - $28.00 per hour (Pay based on experience)

Overview
Ideal candidate has a strong background in plastics injection molding and process engineering, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency within manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize injection molding processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues effectively.
- Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo
- Program and troubleshoot robotic systems used in the injection molding process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule projects and ensure timely completion of objectives.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
- Provide technical support for CNC programming, CAM programming, and vision inspection systems.
- Perform emergency maintenance procedures to molds, robots, and auxiliary equipment.
- Identify and execute ways to improve production output
Experience
Proven experience in injection molding processes within a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with industrial equipment, tooling fabrication, and assembly line operations.Strong mechanical engineering background with knowledge of robotics and automation technologies.Proficient in reading schematics and understanding mechanical designs related to injection molding.Knowledge of welding processes as they relate to assembly operations is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; college level course work or associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.Effective interpersonal communication skills.Strong math, mechanical and pneumatic aptitude.Basic hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting.Injection Molding Experience (5+ years required)Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
