Job Title : Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

A distinguished law firm based in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a litigation-focused attorney with extensive experience in plaintiff-side personal injury matters. This role involves leading high-stakes cases from investigation through trial, advocating for injured clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve favorable results. It is ideal for a seasoned litigator eager to make a meaningful impact within a supportive legal environment.

Duties :

Oversee a docket of active personal injury cases from pre-suit through trial
Prepare and respond to discovery, conduct depositions, and manage fact development
Draft legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence with precision
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
Participate in settlement negotiations and case strategy sessions
Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to efficiently move cases forward

Requirements :

Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida

Minimum of five (5) years of recent hands-on litigation experience in plaintiff-side personal injury

Proficient in courtroom advocacy, legal writing, and client interaction

Ability to handle a fast-paced caseload independently

Strong analytical skills and organizational discipline

Education :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school

Certifications :

Active Florida Bar license required

Skills :

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Skilled in trial preparation and courtroom litigation

Adept at case management and multitasking

High professionalism, empathy, and integrity
