As an investment analyst, you will work with consultants to provide advice to clients on a range of investment-related services which can include : strategic setting of investment objectives, strategic asset allocation, investment management structures, manager selection, performance measurement and evaluation, investment manager monitoring, custodian selection, transition advice, statements of investment policy, and global research services. Performance objectives :

• Excellence : Produce quarterly reports for delivery to clients by pre-determined deadlines. Support team members in the construction and delivery of presentations to clients.
• People : Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams. Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients / colleagues at all levels.
• Clients : Work together as part of dedicated client teams providing a variety of services to clients. Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations.

Compensation and benefits :

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state / local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education / professional certifications, qualifications / experience, performance in the role, and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation :

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 USD per year. The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
