Are you a seasoned construction leader with a passion for transforming commercial spaces? A well-established and growing general contractor in the Franklin, TN area is seeking a Director of Construction to lead operations across a diverse portfolio of Retail, Office, Restaurant, and Health & Fitness buildouts and tenant improvement projects.

Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field staff

Oversee multiple concurrent TI and buildout projects across commercial sectors

Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and safety standards

Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams

Maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business

Implement process improvements and scalable operational strategies

10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on interiors and tenant improvements

Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering multi-site projects

Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, and budgeting

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Nashville area
