Key Responsibilities

Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods

Listen to eligible members and build trust to facilitate enrollment, adapting approaches as needed

Educate partners about services and benefits, and manage the enrollment process while meeting key metrics

Required Qualifications

Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace

1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment

Bilingual (English / Spanish) with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening

Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms

A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
