Bishop & Company is seeking a motivated leader to launch and grow our client's educational branch while supporting ongoing operations. This hybrid role bridges project management, engineering, quality assurance, and training development, serving as a foundational position for a future standalone education division.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver  end-user and professional training courses  eligible for BICSI Continuing Education Credits (CECs) and certifications.
• Contribute to revenue-generating initiatives that balance operational needs with the educational program’s growth.
• Support  operations, project management, and engineering  functions as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate  internal BICSI and ICT training  for technicians and the operations team.
• Manage  quality assurance initiatives  to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
• Conduct  external marketing and recruitment  for public educational classes.
• Obtain and maintain all  required training certifications  and instructor credentials.
• Oversee  authorized training facility logistics  and maintain communication with higher education partners to build programs and synergies.

Qualifications :

Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $90K-$120K. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
