Role Overview

The Servicing Financial Advisor plays a critical role in helping members achieve financial confidence and long-term security.In this role, you will work both independently and alongside Lead Advisors to provide personalized financial guidance to CSI Groups diverse and growing member base. CSI provides all client relationshipsthere is no obligation to prospect or bring on new clients.

You will focus on delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and providing tailored financial advice that aligns with CSIs mission and CAPTAG values.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Advisory

• Work independently and collaboratively with Lead Advisors to create and implement personalized financial plans.
• Evaluate members goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations to design actionable investment and planning strategies.
• Provide comprehensive guidance across investments, insurance, retirement, and estate planning.
• Build and manage customized portfolios tailored to each clients financial objectives.
• Continuously monitor member plans, providing proactive adjustments based on life changes and market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver seamless, coordinated support for every member.
