Are you ready to be the heartbeat of our practice? The Sensory Studio, Johnson Street location, is searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Site Coordinator to join our team! If you’re a people person with a flair for organization, creativity, and an eye for detail, this role is for you.


As our Site Coordinator, you’ll be the first smiling face our staff, interns and clients see and the go-to contact for ensuring our practice runs like a dream.

🌟 Provider Sidekick: Offer seamless support to our incredible providers, keeping their days smooth and stress-free.


🌟 Cultivate Our Vibe: Help us maintain a perfect blend of clinical excellence and a family-friendly atmosphere that makes our space shine. A bright light of energy that exudes to our team.


🌟 Master the Phones: Handle calls, if needed, with professionalism and care—because every conversation matters.


🌟 Organize Like a Pro: Keep our space immaculate and fully stocked. Got a knack for inventory or just need your space to be ultra organized as a workspace? You’ll thrive here! Every gym has both therapy tool closets, toy closets, and onsite supply inventory to maintain.


🌟 Mentor Interns: Manage, delegate and guide high school and college interns, shaping the next generation of professionals. They need the professional development and we love for them to go full circle, and return to our team as a provider or staff. Every engagement level matters.
