Production Manager

You will report directly to our Production Manager and you'll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of Solstice by driving production performance, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
