Job Summary :

M1's Data Clerk is responsible for inputting maintenance data within the Maintenance Information

Systems (MIS), focusing on asset utilization and maintenance activities.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Utilize Maintenance Information Systems in accordance with USAF directives.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records for all assets in accordance with AETCI and AFI directives.
• Ensures all documentation is complete and verified post equipment inspections.
• Responsible for accurate data entry into MIS and / or other relevant systems.
• Generates and manages work orders and maintenance schedules within MIS.
• Creates, customizes, and utilizes MIS inquiries for dynamic data analysis and maintenance tracking.
• Engages in user-defined inquiries within MIS, allowing for tailored reports and data outputs.
• Compiles data automation reports concerning the utilization, reliability, and status of equipment
• Advises users on all affected maintenance activities of changes concerning the load of new releases and

special programs.

o Create, modify, and format charts.

o Use graphic objects to enhance worksheets and charts.

o Filter data and manage a filtered list

o Perform multiple-level sorting, use sorting options and design considerations.

o Use mathematical, logical, statistical, functions.
