Trial Operations Manager
As a Trial Operations Manager you will be joining the world's largest and most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
What you will be doing :
It is supporting the Launch Team with roll out of processes (previously it had been in this same group but would be supporting more of the development aspect).
Strong ability to operate in a complex stakeholder environment
Less operational but will be more focused in tackling broader areas of change management and organizational change initiatives
Strong communicator and strong collaborator
Strong ability to apply strategic thinking and craft strategies around engagement and communication
Ability to overcome obstacles or barriers to change and to develop strategies around this
Strong Project Management skillset.
Mandatory Skills :
4 year degree required
Strong knowledge change management principles, methodologies, best practices, and industry trends (in technology / process implementation)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver compelling communication materials using various channels and formats
Experience in developing and implementing benefit / value realization frameworks, and processes
Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify barriers to change and develop effective strategies
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives to successful outcomes
Creative Thinking and customer centricity
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant communication tools
Optional Skills :
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools for value realization tracking
SharePoint Design
Video Creation
Experience in training / onboarding
Marketing
