Job Title : CT Technologist

License : Certified Radiologic Technologist License, Fluoroscopic Radiologic Technologist License

Certifications : BLS, Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT), Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R), COVID Vaccine Required

Must-Have :

• General Certification Requirements : BLS, Fire Safety
• ARRT & other specialty certification requirements : RAD / CT American Registry Radiologic Technology
• Trauma Center Imaging Experience

Description :

This role requires proficiency in a variety of CT imaging studies, including brain, head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, maxillofacial, soft tissue neck, lower and upper extremities, spines, stroke protocol, CT pulmonary, CTA-angiography, and CT urogram.

Technologists will perform an average of 100 scans / studies per day.

Knowledge and experience with Cerner and PACS systems are necessary.

The department is equipped with GE VCCT 64 Lightspeed and GE Revolution machines.

Technologists will be required to start IVs as part of their job duties.

There is a weekend requirement as well as possible on-call duties during specified hours.

The department orientation is specific and essential for the role.

Please note, the hospital has a cancellation policy allowing up to 4 shifts to be canceled per 13-week assignment.

Emergency service experience is preferred in a trauma care setting.

The ideal candidate will be a certified technologist with the necessary qualifications and reliability to support a high-volume imaging department.
