Metering Spot Welder- 1st Shift

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Metering Spot Welder- 1st Shift. The regularly scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 6 : 00am to 2 : 30pm. The hourly rate for this position is $19.53 / hour per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and market and business considerations.

What you'll do :

• Grind and polish metal.
• Use spot welding equipment, welds appropriate parts together based on specifications.
• Run samples and check product quality against prints.
• Adjust spot welder to properly weld material based on thickness and finish.
• Performs all quality checks, fill out daily activity reports, and enter time recording in SAP.
• Change and maintain welding tips as necessary.
• Performs 5S & Continuous Improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
