  • You’ll be the heartbeat of the clinic, the friendly face and confident voice that makes every visitor feel like family.

Your day will include :

  • Welcoming clients with energy, warmth, and genuine care Managing a dynamic schedule and making sure every slot is filled with purpose Answering calls and guiding new clients through their journey with enthusiasm and clarity Keeping the space spotless, organized, and full of positive vibes Following up with clients to ensure their experience is nothing short of amazing Supporting our physical therapists and operations team so the clinic runs like clockwork Handling payments, scheduling plans of care, and helping people understand their next steps with confidence Who You Are : You’re the kind of person who notices when someone needs a smile, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and secretly loves checking things off a list.

  • Compensation and Benefits :
