A company is looking for an Instructional Technologist.

Key Responsibilities

Develops training processes, programs, and procedures ensuring compliance with standards and regulations

Creates and executes strategies for training program accreditation and maintains instructional accuracy

Coordinates with management to enhance training programs and prepares for inspections and evaluations

Required Qualifications

College degree in education or training

Five years of experience in education or training

Mastery of digital training content development and delivery

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience in maintaining standards and influencing others for excellence
